Framy ("Framy", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI image generation platform that helps users create cinematic scenes, characters, and multiple consistent camera angles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, retain, and delete user information, including information received from Google when users choose to sign in with Google.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, user ID, display name, avatar/profile image, authentication provider, and basic account metadata.
• Google user data: if you sign in with Google, Framy accesses the Google account information needed for authentication, typically your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, files, or other sensitive Google services.
• User content: prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, characters, scenes, camera angles, and related generation metadata.
• Subscription and billing metadata: plan, credit balance, subscription status, billing provider IDs, and payment status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Framy.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, usage, error, and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Framy uses Google user data only for account authentication, account creation, profile display, session management, support, fraud prevention, and security. Specifically:

• We use your Google email address to identify your account and let you sign in.
• We may use your display name and profile picture to personalize your account interface.
• We use your Google account ID to link your Google login to your Framy account.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, selling data, or training AI models.

3. How We Use Other Data

• To generate images, scenes, character references, and camera-angle variations requested by users.
• To manage credits, subscriptions, storage periods, downloads, and account features.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot errors.
• To detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and protect the platform.
• To improve reliability, safety, and product functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell Google user data or other personal information. We only share information with service providers when necessary to operate Framy:

• Authentication and database providers: to create accounts, manage sessions, store profile data, and protect user accounts.
• AI generation providers: prompts, uploaded reference images, and generation inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers solely to produce the images or outputs requested by the user. We do not send Google account data to AI providers unless it is included by the user inside a prompt or uploaded content.
• Storage providers: generated images, uploaded assets, and related files may be stored with infrastructure providers so the service can display, download, and manage your media.
• Payment providers: billing metadata may be shared with payment providers to process purchases, subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, and fraud prevention.
• Support and security providers: account and technical information may be used with support or monitoring tools to respond to user requests and secure the service.

5. Data Storage and Protection

• We use access controls, authentication, Row Level Security, server-side authorization, and HTTPS to protect user data.
• Secrets, API keys, and service credentials are stored in protected server-side environment variables.
• Payment card data is handled by payment providers and is not stored on Framy servers.
• Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and services with a legitimate operational need.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account data is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
• Generated media is retained according to your plan's storage period unless you delete it earlier or request account deletion.
• Free plan media may be deleted after 7 days, Director plan media after 30 days, and Producer plan media after 90 days, unless otherwise stated in the product interface.
• You can delete individual scenes, shots, and characters from within Framy where deletion controls are available.
• To request deletion of your account, Google user data, or associated personal data, contact us at support@framy.studio. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and billing record obligations.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Framy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Framy only uses Google user data for user-facing authentication and account functionality described in this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
