Welcome to Framy Studio ("Framy", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, registering an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Framy accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes user data, including Google user data used for authentication.

1. Description of Service

Framy is an AI-powered cinematic engine that allows users to generate multiple angles and shots of images while maintaining visual and character consistency, based on text descriptions (prompts) and reference images.

2. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you write and the images you upload to the platform. By using Framy, you agree NOT to generate, upload, or attempt to generate:

• NSFW Content: Pornographic material, sexually explicit content, or extreme violence.
• Non-Consensual Deepfakes: Images that impersonate real people without their explicit consent (especially public figures, minors, or private individuals) when creating character profiles.
• Hateful or Illegal Content: Material that promotes discrimination, terrorism, or violates applicable laws.
• Copyright Infringement: Uploading reference images for which you do not own the commercial or usage rights.

* Framy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate, without refund, any account that violates these rules.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

• Your Uploads and Characters: By uploading a reference image or creating a character in Framy, you confirm that you have the legal rights to that image. You grant Framy a temporary license solely for the purpose of training the style and processing your request to generate your scenes.
• Your Generations (Free Plan): If you are using Framy on a Free tier, you are granted a Personal, Non-Commercial License for the images you generate. You may not use these images for any commercial, promotional, or monetization purposes.
• Your Generations (Subscription Plans): If you have an active paid subscription (e.g., Director or Producer plan), Framy transfers to you full Commercial Usage Rights for the images generated within the platform during your active subscription.
• Third-Party API Conditions: Framy utilizes third-party AI engines (such as Nano Banana) to process generations. All rights granted to you regarding the generated content are strictly subject to the upstream provider's Terms of Service. Framy does not claim ownership over your generations, but any violation of our or our partners' content policies may result in the revocation of your usage rights.
• Nature of AI: You understand that AI-generated content is not always unique, and other users may generate similar results using similar prompts or seeds.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Credit System: Image generations (including different camera angles and the creation of character sheets) consume credits from your balance. Credits deducted for generations that fail due to our system errors will be automatically refunded. Credits consumed for successful generations—even if the aesthetic result or character resemblance is not exactly what you expected—are strictly non-refundable due to the experimental and unpredictable nature of AI.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. Monthly subscription credits reset every billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Top-up credits are non-expiring and remain available until used.
• Refund Policy: Due to the high GPU processing costs required for high-quality image generation, we do not offer refunds for partial months of use or for credits already consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Availability and Third-Party Providers

Framy integrates with external AI providers and generation engines. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. In the event of prolonged outages in generation services that directly affect the use of Framy, we will attempt to restore service as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any delays in your projects.

6. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Framy does not guarantee that the generated results will be completely accurate, free of visual artifacts, or maintain perfect anatomical or character consistency in 100% of cases. Framy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or the images generated with it.
